These coffee beans have been though the Swiss Water Process, to gently remove the caffeine, which is the only way to achieve decaffeinated coffee without harmful chemicals, yet keep its delicious Colombian coffee characteristics. We roast this Decaf Colombian to Medium Level for sweetness, and a very well balanced, lovely cup of coffee.Tasting notes: sweet citrus, chocolate milkshake.
